Objective:

  • Selling Tractor according to the assigned regional key account & individual fleet customer list with the alignment of tractor sales strategy

  • Developing new tractor industries and individual fleet customers together with dealers

  • Steering and managing dealers on tractor sales with KPIs

  • Managing dealers to achieve monthly sales target based on planned annual target

  • Coordinating with other departments to support dealers on tractor sales

  • Ensure the penetration of the value-chain products like TeleMatics, TCO, service contract and financing service

     

    Task description

    1Tractor Sales Management

  • Being responsible for customer contact initialization, request, solution design solution communication, pricing and payment terms

  • Supporting contract, delivery, aftersales operation and training if requested

  • Different kinds of sales tools developing, maintenance and regular report

  • Be responsible for regional tractor sales targets and value chain product targets in the south areas

 

2Dealer tractor sales steering

  • Sales management support on dealer tractor sales, and other value-chain sales (including financing, service contracts etc.) for all sales process

  • Sales Process and CRM system implementation and monitoring

  • Dealer performance monitoring and reporting

 

3Customer Relationship Maintenance

  • Developing and maintaining good relationship with listed RKA customers

  • Establishing and maintaining the customer database

  • Understanding listed customers’ sourcing process and decision power

  • Getting customer satisfaction / feedback from customers

 

4New Tractor Industry Investigation

  • Tractor market potential analysis and new industry research

  • Customer selection and negotiation in potential industry

  • Competitor analysis

 

5Coordination with other departments to support dealers on tractor sales

  • Coordination between dealers and MTBC marketing department for marketing events

  • Coordination with after-sales service department for important AS issues

  • Coordination with other departments for TeleMatics promotion, homologation and sales product training

Knowledge:
  • Bachelor Degree or above, majored in Management or Engineering related major.

 

Skills:
  • Ability of team work

  • Well communication, coordination with customers and team

  • Excellent communication skills (both in Chinese and English, written & spoken) to connect with internal and external contacts adequately.

  • Mastery of Excel, Word and PPT skill.

     

Major Required Competence:
  • Well experience in sales of imported truck and fleet customers in China (At least 6 years working experience on imported truck industry)

  • Having passion, active in working with team spirit
